The farm diary

Written by Sven Poppelmann

The Diary is one dated stream of everything that happened on your farm. Instead of checking each tab separately, open the Diary and scroll through applications, walks, evidence, documents and more in chronological order.

Opening the Diary

Open your farm and choose Diary in the tab bar. Entries appear with the most recent first, grouped by date. Scroll down or use pagination to go further back.

What appears in the Diary

The Diary pulls together dated records from across the farm, including:

  • Farmwalks - walks completed by you or your team

  • Applications - spray and nutrient applications logged against fields

  • Evidence - uploads linked to scheme requirements

  • Documents - records added to the vault

  • Tasks and milestones - completed work tied to schemes or land

Each entry card shows the date, what happened, and who or which field it relates to. Tap an entry to jump to the underlying record.

Tips

  • Use the Diary as a day book before an inspection - it reads like a management log

  • If something is missing from the Diary, check whether the underlying record has a date set

  • The Diary is per-farm, so mixed tenancies stay separate
