What is FY5?
FY5 is an action under the Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) scheme. It pays per year for create 3-zone rides in woodland.
What do I need to do?
* Create a 3-zone ride in line with a Forestry Commission approved woodland management plan
* Consider orientation (preferably east-west), topography (south-facing slope), deer grazing management , and linking open habitats
* Provide at least 3 written quotations for the work with your application
* Agree the selected quotation with the Forestry Commission
* Complete works to the agreed specification and timescale
What evidence do I need?
You must keep and provide with your claim:
receipted invoices or bank statements where a receipted invoice is not available
photographs of the completed work
a detailed specification document
copies of any planning or other permission

FY5 pays per year.
