Tracking declarations and deadlines

Written by Sven Poppelmann

The Deadlines screen tracks every declaration on every farm in your organisation through its full lifecycle. Use it to keep on top of upcoming submission dates and to spot anything that is overdue.

Opening Deadlines

From the sidebar choose Oversight > Deadlines.

Two view modes

  • Pipeline - a Kanban board with columns for each status (pending, actions complete, submitted, paid)

  • Calendar - a month view with declarations plotted on their deadline date

Toggle between them at the top of the page.

Summary strip

A row of counters at the top shows the totals across both views:

  • Pending - waiting for action

  • Actions complete (amber) - everything done, ready to submit

  • Submitted (blue) - awaiting confirmation or payment

  • Paid (green)

  • Overdue (red) - past the deadline

Filtering

Filter by farm and by scheme type to focus on a particular customer or scheme. Each declaration card shows the farm name, scheme type, status and deadline.

The Table and bulk moves

Alongside the board there is a table view with row checkboxes. Select one row or many, then use the floating bulk bar to move up to 500 declarations between statuses at once. Each status badge also has a per-row "Move to" shortcut. Confirmation modals warn you before moves that restart deadline reminders or clear payment details.

Moving a declaration to Submitted or Paid closes its associated task, so deadline reminders stop. Moving it back to Pending reopens the task and clears the payment. The table also has the board's farm and scheme filters plus a year filter.

Working with a declaration

Click any declaration to open its detail sheet. From there you can update the status, see the linked actions and items, and jump into the underlying scheme. In the Pipeline view, dragging a card between columns also changes the status.

Tips

  • Switch to Calendar view at the start of each month to plan team workload

  • Treat the "Actions complete" column as a queue - items here only need a final submission

  • Anything red needs same-day attention
