The farms view

Written by Sven Poppelmann

The Farms view gives you a card-based list of every farm in your organisation, showing active schemes and a financial summary for each. Use it to see total agreement value, what has been received, and what remains outstanding across your portfolio at a [[company/glance|glance]].

Opening the farms view

From the sidebar choose Oversight, then click the Farms tab.

Reading a farm card

Each card shows:

  • Farm name and any labels applied to it

  • Active schemes - the scheme types running on that farm (SFI, Countryside Stewardship, [[company/red-tractor|Red Tractor]], etc.)

  • Total value - the lifetime value of all live agreements on that farm

  • Received - payments already received (shown in green)

  • Outstanding - remaining value yet to be received (shown in amber)

  • Assigned consultants - avatars for the lead and any assistant consultants

Click any card to open that farm.

Sorting and searching

Use the search box to filter farms by name. Use the sort menu to order by:

  • Name A-Z

  • Total value: high first

  • Outstanding: high first - useful for prioritising payment follow-up

  • Hectares: largest first

Who can see it?

The Farms view is available to users with multi-farm visibility - owners, managers and consultants. Farmers with access to a single farm do not see this view.

Tips

  • Sort by Outstanding: high first to quickly identify farms with the largest unpaid balances

  • Combine with the Gap Matrix tab to understand which schemes are behind on compliance

  • Use labels to [[company/group|group]] and filter farms by region, adviser or any custom category
