Written by Sven Poppelmann

The Agri-Environment Climate Scheme (AECS) is Scotland's main agri-environment programme, supporting land managers to deliver environmental benefits for biodiversity, water quality, and climate. [[company/farmwalk|Farmwalk]] helps you manage your AECS agreement, track management options, record capital items, and maintain your compliance diary.

Setting up your AECS agreement

  1. Go to your farm's Schemes page

  2. Click Add Scheme and select AECS

  3. Enter your agreement reference and start/end dates

  4. Add your management options and any capital items
