When someone invites you to join their organisation in [[company/farmwalk|Farmwalk]], you'll receive a link by email or SMS. Clicking it takes you to a welcome screen where you accept the invitation and join.
Opening the invitation
Tap the link in the message. If you don't already have a [[company/farmwalk|Farmwalk]] account, you'll be prompted to log in with your phone number or email first - the same address the invitation was sent to.
Reviewing what you've been invited to
The welcome screen shows you:
The organisation name
Your assigned role - usually Farmer, Manager or Consultant
The permissions that role gives you
The number of farms you'll have access to
A short message from the person who invited you
Joining
Click Join Organisation to accept. You'll be dropped straight into the organisation's home page and can start using [[company/farmwalk|Farmwalk]] immediately.
If something looks wrong
Wrong organisation - don't accept; reply to the inviter and ask them to check
Wrong role - accept anyway and ask the organisation owner to update your role afterwards
Link expired - ask the inviter to send a new invitation
Already in another organisation - that's fine; you can belong to several at once
Tips
Use the same phone number or email as the invitation, or it won't recognise you
If you join more than one organisation, you'll see an organisation selector when you log in
Your inviter doesn't see your password or any details from your other organisations
