The Notifications centre is your single inbox for everything [[company/farmwalk|Farmwalk]] needs to tell you - approvals waiting on you, deadlines coming up, contractors signing in, team invitations and more.
Opening the centre
Open your organisation and choose Notifications from the sidebar. The page lists notifications with the most recent first.
What you'll see
Evidence approvals - new uploads waiting for review
Staff sign-ins - someone signed in via the H&S portal
Deadline reminders - declarations and reviews coming up
Team invitations - someone joined or accepted an invite
System messages - account changes and product updates
Acting on a notification
Click any notification to jump to the relevant farm, scheme or evidence item. Many notifications can be cleared in place once you've acted on them.
Preferences
From the centre you can also manage how you receive notifications - in-app only, email digest, or push if you have the mobile app installed. Quiet down channels you don't need so the inbox stays useful.
Tips
Treat the centre like an inbox: deal with the top item, then move on
If you're getting too many notifications, turn off categories you don't need - the team workload screen still tells you what's outstanding
Critical alerts (overdue declarations, failed evidence) are surfaced first
