Team workload overview

The Team screen in Oversight shows the workload of every team member at a glance, so you can see who is overloaded and where capacity is free before allocating new work.

Opening the team view

From the sidebar choose Oversight > Team. The page refreshes every 60 seconds.

Summary header

At the top: total team members and the total overdue items across the team. A red badge appears if the team has any overdue work.

Member grid

Each member is shown as a card with:

  • Name

  • Role / job title

  • Overdue count

  • Tasks due this week

  • Total active items

  • Team affiliation (if your organisation uses teams)

Member detail

Click a card to open the member detail sheet. From here you can see their full task breakdown, the farms they are assigned to, and recent assignment activity. Use this when you need to reassign work or check why someone is behind.

Tips

  • Use the overdue counter to spot a team member who needs help, not blame

  • Combine with the Cross-Farm Tasks view to see whose plate to add work to next

  • If a member's card looks low-volume but they are on holiday, set their availability so the dashboard doesn't mislead you
