Generating reports and evidence packs

Written by Sven Poppelmann

A report or evidence pack is a single PDF that bundles everything you need to demonstrate compliance for a scheme - the agreement details, the actions or options, the linked evidence and the parcel breakdown. Use it for inspections, year-end reviews and audit submissions.

Where reports live

  • Per scheme - inside an agreement detail page (SFI, CS, AECS, [[company/wildfarmed|Wildfarmed]], NVZ, etc.) under the Reports tab

  • Per farm - under the farm's Schemes page on the My Reports tab

Generating a pack

  1. Open the agreement and switch to the Reports tab

  2. Click Generate (or Generate Evidence Pack from a scheme card)

  3. Choose what to include - actions or options, evidence, parcel maps, audit trail extracts

  4. Wait for the pack to build; you'll see status updates while it does

What's in a pack

  • A cover page with the agreement reference and date range

  • A parcel map showing the assigned land

  • A list of every action or option with progress and evidence count

  • Embedded evidence (photos and certificates) or links to vault files

  • An appendix with relevant audit-trail entries

Sharing

Once a pack is built it appears in the report list. Download it, share via a link, or email it to the inspector. Older packs are kept so you have an archive of what you submitted in each previous round.

Tips

  • Generate a pack at the end of every scheme year and archive it - inspectors often ask for previous years

  • Tidy up evidence (rename files, link them to the right action) before generating - it makes the pack much easier to read

  • For a quick preview, use the per-scheme Reports tab; for a portfolio summary, run packs across several schemes from the farm-level Reports tab
