Drilling into an SFI action

Written by Sven Poppelmann

An SFI agreement contains many actions (such as M001, A001 or BND1). The action detail page is where you manage one of those actions on its own - the parcels it covers, the evidence it needs and its rotation history.

Opening an action

Open your SFI agreement, switch to the Actions tab and click an action. The detail page opens with the action code badge and, where relevant, a "Rotational" badge.

Overview tab

The Overview tab shows:

  • A description of the action

  • The payment rate

  • A progress percentage and a colour-coded status (complete, in progress, not started)

  • The number of parcels assigned

  • Whether the action is rotational

Parcels tab

The Parcels tab lists every parcel you've assigned to this action with its area. For rotational actions you can open the rotation dialog to see which parcels were under the action in earlier years.

Evidence tab

All evidence linked to the action lives here. You can add new files from the vault, remove ones that no longer apply, and see whether the action has the [[company/minimum|minimum]] required evidence.

History tab

For rotational actions, the History tab shows the rotation history - which parcels carried the action in each year. This is what an inspector wants to see if they ask "show me your rotation".

Tips

  • Use the progress percentage as a quick check before you submit a declaration

  • Link evidence at the right level - photos belong on the action; certificates belong on the agreement

  • When you rotate a parcel out, record the change in the rotation dialog rather than deleting it - you'll lose the history otherwise
