Setting up [[company/red-tractor|Red Tractor]] in [[company/farmwalk|Farmwalk]]

  1. Navigate to your farm's Schemes page

  2. Click Add Scheme and select [[company/red-tractor|Red Tractor]]

  3. Enter your membership number and renewal date

  4. Select your production sectors ([[company/arable|arable]], livestock, etc.)

What's inside your [[company/red-tractor|Red Tractor]] scheme

Your [[company/red-tractor|Red Tractor]] scheme has six sections:

  • Overview - Compliance summary, audit countdown, and key actions

  • Documents - Certificates, checklists, and records

  • Logbook - Dated records of management activities

  • Modules - Standards broken down by sector module

  • Audit Prep - Evidence checklist for upcoming inspections

  • Reports - Generate compliance reports

[[company/farmwalk|Farmwalk]] displays an audit countdown on your [[company/red-tractor|Red Tractor]] overview. Use the Audit Prep tab to work through the evidence checklist before your inspector arrives. Upload documents, logbook entries, and photos against each standard.

Tips

  • Keep your logbook up to date throughout the year - don't wait until inspection time

  • Use the Modules tab to identify any standards with gaps

  • Generate a compliance report before your inspection to review your coverage
