The map isn't loading

The farm map uses Mapbox to display your parcels and boundaries. If it's not loading, here are the most common causes.

Check your internet connection

The map loads tiles from Mapbox's servers, so it needs an active internet connection. If you're on a slow rural connection, give it a moment to load.

Check your browser

  • Use a modern browser - Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari. Older browsers may not support the map rendering engine.

  • Enable JavaScript - the map requires JavaScript to run.

  • Disable ad blockers temporarily - some ad blockers prevent map tiles from loading.

Check location permissions

If the map loads but doesn't show your farm's location, your browser may be blocking location access. This doesn't prevent the map from working - it just means you'll need to navigate to your farm manually.

Try these steps

  1. Refresh the page (Ctrl+R or Cmd+R)

  2. Clear your browser cache

  3. Try a different browser

  4. Check if other Farmwalk pages load correctly - if not, it may be a connection issue
