When a consult session ends, Farmwalk's AI analyses the transcript and extracts actions. These can be converted into tasks with a single click, saving you from manually writing up everything discussed.
How it works
Complete a consult session (the AI processes the transcript automatically)
Open the session and scroll to the Actions section
Review each extracted action - the AI suggests a title and description based on the conversation
Click to convert an action into a task, or dismiss it if it's not relevant
Reviewing before converting
AI-extracted actions are suggestions, not final tasks. Always review them because:
The title may need to be more specific
Some extracted actions may be duplicates of existing tasks
You may want to split a broad action into multiple focused tasks
Priority and due date should be set based on your knowledge of the situation
Tips
The clearer the discussion during the consult, the better the extracted actions
Converted tasks appear in the farm's task list like any other task
You can always create additional tasks manually if the AI missed something
