Adding a new scheme to your farm

Written by Sven Poppelmann
Updated today

Farmwalk supports a wide range of schemes and standards including SFI, Countryside Stewardship, Glastir, Ffermio Bro, SFS, AECS, NVZ, Red Tractor, LEAF Marque, WildFarmed, and Health & Safety. Here's how to add one to your farm.

Steps

  1. Navigate to your farm and open the Schemes page

  2. Click Add Scheme

  3. Select the scheme type from the list

  4. Enter your agreement details (reference number, start date, duration)

  5. Farmwalk loads the relevant requirements, actions, or items for your scheme

What happens next

Once added, Farmwalk creates a compliance tracker for your agreement. You'll see all the requirements you need to meet, and you can start uploading evidence against each one. Your compliance score starts at zero and increases as you link evidence to requirements.

Tips

  • You can add multiple schemes to the same farm - they're tracked independently

  • If you have an existing agreement document (PDF), you can upload it to your vault for reference

  • Some schemes like SFI have action-level tracking where you can drill into individual actions and their parcels
