Using AI suggestions to match evidence

Farmwalk's AI system intelligently suggests documents from your vault that might fulfill specific scheme requirements. This helps you quickly link existing evidence without manual searching, saving time and ensuring nothing gets missed.

How AI suggestions work

When you navigate to a scheme requirement that needs evidence, the system analyzes:

  • The requirement description and keywords

  • Files already in your vault

  • File names, descriptions, and content where applicable

  • Similar requirements you've already fulfilled

Reviewing suggestions

  1. Navigate to any scheme requirement

  2. Look for the Suggested Evidence section

  3. Review each suggested file - you'll see the filename and brief description

  4. Click to preview the file if you need to verify it's the right one

Accepting or dismissing suggestions

  • Accept - Click the checkmark to link the file as evidence for this requirement

  • Dismiss - Click the X to remove the suggestion (it won't be suggested again for this requirement)

  • Ignore - Leave it unacted upon; the suggestion will remain for later review

When suggestions appear

  • New requirements added to existing schemes

  • After uploading new files to the vault

  • When scheme requirements are updated or modified

  • Periodically as the AI improves its understanding of your content

Tips for better suggestions

  • Use descriptive filenames when uploading to the vault

  • Add detailed descriptions to your uploaded files

  • Accept or dismiss suggestions promptly - this trains the AI

  • Upload files to relevant categories in the vault
