Uploading compliance evidence
Evidence is the backbone of your compliance records. Farmwalk makes it easy to capture and store evidence against specific requirements.
Upload methods
Direct upload - Click the upload button and select files from your device. Supports photos, PDFs, and documents.
Voice notes - Record voice memos directly in the app for quick field notes.
Camera - Take photos directly from your phone and attach them to requirements.
Linking evidence to requirements
Navigate to the relevant scheme and requirement
Click Add Evidence
Select your file or take a new photo
Add a description (optional but recommended)
Submit - the evidence will be linked to that requirement
Tips
Upload evidence as you go - do not wait until audit time
Use descriptive filenames so evidence is easy to find later
Photos with GPS data are automatically geotagged to your parcels
